- Appointments must be cancelled or changed within a minimum of 24 hours before or deposits will be non-refundable.
- 50% deposits must be paid for bookings that total more than £65.00.
- Before & After Pictures have been used courtesy of Wrinkle Relaxation and Restylane for Fillers.
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months only. Non Cash Redeemable.
- VIP Cards are valid for 1 year and must be presented each time a treatment or product is purchased.
- VIP Cards cannot be used for the following: Gift Vouchers, Wrinkle Relaxation, Fillers, Teeth Whitening, Threading, Waxing, Tinting, Workshops, Electrolysis, Red Vein Removal, Skin Tag Removal, Milia Removal and Spa Day Packages.
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
- Loyalty Cards are valid for 6 months only. Non Cash Redeemable.
- Loyalty Cards can only be used for treatments over £35.00.
