"I personally recommend beginning your visit with a session in the Infa-red Therapy Room. You and up to three friends can enjoy the benefits of this treatment together: deep heat penetration that relaxes your tired and aching muscles as well as smoother skin with noticeably smaller pores. Sitting comfortably chatting in throne-like chairs wearing matching crisp black robes we began to feel the stresses and strains of 21st century life leaving us. The highlight for us though has to be our Thai Massages.
The Cove Spa’s experienced and spiritually driven therapists released tension through deep finger pressure, the use of hot oils and soothing slow strokes. After 45 mins I felt like a new person. My friend reflected the same appreciation following a session which combined Hot Stone Massage and Reiki. Summing up ‘The Cove Spa’ in a few hundred words truly cannot do it justice and I therefore urge you to try for yourself; you’ll not be disappointed. "My first impression of the Cove Spa upon entering the door was a calm relaxing atmosphere, a tranquil haven in the middle of the City. My partner and I enjoyed the Lovers Ritual which lasted two hours and by the time we left I can honestly say that we were completely de-stressed and felt well prepared to enjoy the charity ball later that evening. The therapists were extremely attentive and professional and made us feel very comfortable.
The Thai foot ritual was very nice – my legs have never felt so smooth! The infra red room was very relaxing and the Thai Oil massage was exceptional! We lay next to each other in the couple’s room and our massage was synchronised. The oils and the Asian ambience were perfect and left us feeling like we were literally floating. I would recommend this to anyone who has a hectic busy life as a wonderful way to unwind and relax properly – something a lot of us find hard to do.
